Then we had to kick it into high gear because we were previewing a cooperative preschool. I've never met a parent who has actually used a co-op, but I found one near our home that has a class for two-year-olds where every parent stays for each class. So, it's really more of an organized play group at this age. When they move up to the three-year-old class is when the parents rotate and some days you are dropping your kiddos off. It would be ideal for me since I cannot even think of dropping Jacob off!
We had a great time at the preschool and met some really nice parents. It was great to see Jacob interact with the other kids, and he shared with everyone! He painted, played trains and trucks, built with Legos, had a snack and played outside on the playground. I was so proud of Jacob for using all of his words and talking with kids that were a year older than him. The teacher and other parents were able to understand almost everything he said without me chiming in. I'm glad we toured, and we had a great time, but I'm not sure it's the right fit for us. I realized I'm pretty happy with Gymboree and the interaction we have there and think I might want to just continue with those classes until he is three, and then maybe look into the more traditional preschool options. I really love the idea of a co-op, I just don't think it's right for us right now.
The rest of the day was OUTSIDE! Swings, taking walks, eating snacks, our first run at sidewalk chalk, and a visit from Grandma. So proud of my little man with all that he is accomplishing and so quickly. He is so funny, and so bright and I can't wait to see how he does when we do go into preschool years. But, for now, it's nice to have our time together at home playing, laughing and enjoying family time.
YAY!!! You got a cute background and moved some things around! Love it :)

Thanks! I'm working on it, but it's so time consuming, haha. I do LOVE Kelly's Korner - thanks for the find!
