Knock, Knock Joke

Jacob has a joke.

A knock, knock joke.

Jacob: Knock, knock.
Me: Who's there?
Jacob: Chips.
Me: Chips, who?
Jacob: Uncontrollable laughter

I'm not sure where he learned how to tell a knock, knock joke. He started this joke when he was about 19 months old, and is still telling it. The joke may have come from The Backyardigans. One of the characters tells a joke in one of the episodes. It's not like I sit at home telling him jokes all by myself with him during the day!

In the past few days, he has started to use "knock, knock," to preface anything he wants. For instance, he kept asking me to watch the movie Cars. When I wasn't turning on the movie, he must have thought I was confused, or didn't understand him. So, he said, "Knock, knock." When I asked who was there, he answered with, "cars."

Regardless of where his joke came from, it is my favorite joke of all time.
