Unfortunately, Jacob caught the flu yesterday. Friday was spent cleaning up vomit and trying to get Jacob to rest instead of getting all worked up running through the house. Luckily, this was only a 24-hour bug, and we were able to wake up this morning and have a great day. We had to cancel plans to visit my Grandma in Valpo, but it turned out to be a great family day. We didn't leave the house much - just ran a few errands, but mostly stayed home and did laundry, cleaning, and lots of play time with Jacob.
Jacob was so glad to have Bob home all day today with nothing on the agenda. He loves his daddy! Which is also nice in getting me some time to plan our menu for the week, make a grocery list, and relax a little bit.

Looking forward to a relaxing Sunday to follow...not looking forward to readjusting to setting our clocks back. It would be nice to enjoy the "extra hour" everyone talks about, but apparently toddlers don't get the memo!
