Lots of rest days, but I was pretty burned out on exercise this week and wanted to give myself a little break. I was pleased I've been running enough that I could get my 20 miles in for the week in only three days of running! Very pleased! The 9 miles felt pretty good, but I was definitely more sore than anticipated the next day. I didn't have quite enough calories in that day, and could really tell that night and the next morning.
